Feed a Dragon!

Every dragon has to eat, including literary ones. But due to the laws of the tiny bipeds currently running this world, I cannot just go into the stores and simply eat up everything I see. It is rude at best and apparently “illegal” at worst, so… what is a literary dragon to do…

Open a Patron account that’s what! Please support my work and life (and eating habit) by becoming a Patron today!

Welcome to the Literary Dragon. Thank you for reading, liking, sharing, commenting and being apart of the chaos that is my horde of literature!

But what is this Literary Dragon all about? Is this just another journal blog? Who is Rose and why is she obsessed with dragons?

Well… I’m Rose. I am the writer, editor, creator, and the self-declared literary dragon in charge of this mess. I love literature in all forms: manga, Graphic Novels, comics, High Literature, Sci Fi, Fantasy, Romance, Mysteries, etc. If it can be printed then I want to read and write it. In order to horde all my favorite literature, while producing my own, I began blogging. It is a wonderful way of sharing my thoughts and skills with others. Be it lessons on how to write a gogyohka or lists of my favorite books, I wish to share all of these with a wider audience.

Then why Patreon?

Well, I have a goal to live off my writing while helping others. I plan on writing until I pass out unconscious surrounded by stuffed wyverns, pastries, and my large (ever growing) library of books. To that ends, I decided to create a Patreon for the blog.

For all readers, the same content will be available regardless of how many Patrons I have. I do not believe in paywalls for content (a very not draconic ideal but nevertheless).

However, each monthly tier will have a reward. Each tier builds on each other, so if you want a level 1 tier reward, but donated at the level 2 tier, don’t worry. You’ll still get a level 1 reward.

I have 3 tiers set up for Patrons and plans to expand as we gather more readers here at the Den. Here are the 3 Tiers:

Gathering Treasure: $1 or more per month

Polishing Treasure: $5 or more per month

Whether you chose to donate or not, I am very thankful to each and every one of you who stopped by to read the silly ramblings of one nerdy dragon.
